Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the Human Hair business with it strict policies and guidelines....We cannot offer refunds on our products.
We gladly offer credit or exchange.
All exchanges must be returned within 4 days for full credit.
No exchanges after 4 days, no exceptions.
We offer exchanges on items received that are not as stated. (color, length, texture, etc. than otherwise stated.)
However, we do not exchange items that have been,
washed, worn, conditioned, cut, colored, styled, glued, or damaged in anyway.
Free units cannot be used for credit or exchanges and are
at the sole descretion of Kai's Dreamhair and its affiliates
regarding changes or upgrades to units.
Deposits - All custom units must be paid in full upon
completion dates of custom units. Kai's Dreamhair cannot
hold custom units past 4 days. Kai's Dreamhair reserves
the right to sell units if not picked up on custom units
due date.

Customers must use products recommended to ensure non tangling and maintenance of units.
No refunds on units in which other hair products are used other than Kai's Dreamhair recommended products.
Kai's Dreamhair hair technicians will examine units to determine how hair was treated if tangling or any other condition occurs.
No refunds on custom color units. NO EXCEPTIONS. All sales units are FINAL SALE.
